Gentle Flow (All Levels)
A special virtual class offered Wednesday evenings at 7pm (Central) during the month of May (and likely beyond)
This 75-minute class will include gentle warm-ups and asana, breath-work, restorative poses and supported relaxation/meditation and/or guided visualizations. If you have them, please have a mat, pillows, blankets, a strap/tie or belt and blocks nearby. Looking forward to winding down with you on Wednesdays.
