General Questions

Yoga therapy (link to Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy page) is a personalized approach that uses movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to support specific physical, mental, or emotional health goals. Unlike group yoga classes, yoga therapy sessions are tailored to your needs, whether you’re working with chronic pain, fatigue, anxiety, or life transitions like menopause or recovery.
