Karma Yoga

Community service. Philanthropy. Paying it forward. There are so many ways to describe what we call Karma Yoga, or Seva, selfless service. In yoga, this practice isn’t about recognition or reward; it’s about acting from purpose, without attachment to the outcome.

Karma Yoga reminds us that our actions matter not because they earn us “good karma,” but because they reflect what we value most. It’s about showing up, serving, and contributing to something bigger than ourselves.

For Biz, this practice is deeply personal. She feels called to help others heal and grow, even while balancing life’s realities. Beyond her daily work, she is committed to giving back: donating time, teaching, manual labor, and funds whenever she can. Want to join? Below are some of her favorite causes and community projects. Together, we can make a difference.
