Part of the Yoga Therapy process is an initial intake/health history session which allows me to develop a therapeutic program that will meet your specific physical, emotional and spiritual needs.
After the intake, session(s) may include: Ayurvedic or chakra assessments, centering/body awareness, pranayama (breath-work), mudras (hand gestures), asana (postures), strength training or rehabilitating movements (I work closely with many PT’s!), guided imagery/relaxation, meditation and/or affirmation.
Sessions can be 60 or 90 minutes. They can be held in your home (my stomping grounds are east side to Mequon) or virtually. My intention is to help you reconnect with your physical, emotional and spiritual bodies, leaving you with the proper yoga tools to feel safe practicing with me, at home on your own or perhaps in another group class!
