A special in-person and virtual class offered Thursday afternoons at 12pm CDT.
All levels: This 75-minute class will include gentle warm-ups and asana, breath-work, restorative poses and supported relaxation/meditation and/or guided visualizations
If you have them at home, please have a mat, pillows, blankets, a strap/tie or belt and blocks nearby.
