A special seasonal virtual class offered quarterly as our seasons change. These seasonal sessions will be offered on a Sunday morning on or around the season change/equinox from 10-11:30am CDT.
All levels: This 90-minute class will include 60-75 minutes of gentle warm-ups and asana, breath-work and restorative poses followed by 15-30 minutes of supported relaxation/various styles of meditation and/or guided visualizations to support the current season/elements/Ayurvedic Doshas.
Suggested donation $20.
If you have them, please have a mat, pillows, blankets, a strap/tie or belt, blocks and an eye pillow (if you like!) nearby.
