A special virtual class offered Thanksgiving Eve at 7pm CDT.
All levels: This 75-minute class will include gentle warm-ups and asana to help us feel calm and centered as we head into the holidays. We will also enjoy grounding breath-work, digestive supporting and self-caring poses as well as supported relaxation/meditation and/or guided visualizations.
If you have them, please have a mat, pillows, blankets, a strap/tie or belt and blocks nearby.
