A special virtual class offered Monday’s at 12pm CDT.
All levels: This 60-minute class will include gentle warm-ups and asana, breath-work, restorative poses and supported relaxation.
If you have them, please have a mat, pillows, blankets, a strap/tie or belt and blocks nearby. Looking forward to moving mindfully with you!
